# Premium Indicator Access

> How access to QuantNomad's premium TradingView scripts works through Paid Spaces, and how to resolve access problems.

QuantNomad's premium scripts are sold as a **TradingView Paid Space**. You subscribe on TradingView, and your TradingView account gets access to the invite-only scripts in the bundle.

Subscriptions, payments, and cancellations are handled by TradingView. See TradingView's [Paid Spaces help article](https://www.tradingview.com/support/solutions/43000765877/).

**Pending verification:** QuantNomad-specific policies on trials, refunds, and access after cancellation. This section will be completed once it is confirmed against the indicator's source code or official product information. Until then, rely on the indicator's own settings panel inside TradingView.

## Checklist: I subscribed but can't see the scripts

**1. Check the account**

Click your profile picture in TradingView and confirm you're signed in to the account you subscribed with.

**2. Check the subscription**

Confirm the subscription is active in your TradingView account settings.

**3. Reload TradingView**

Refresh the page, or sign out and back in. In the desktop app, restart it.

**4. Open the script pages**

Open the script pages from [UT Bot Suite Installation](https://docs.quantnomad.com/premium-indicators/ut-bot-suite/installation.md) and add them to your favorites. Invite-only scripts don't reliably appear in normal search results.

**5. Contact support**

If they still aren't available, contact support with the details below.

## What to include when contacting support

* Your **TradingView username**
* Your **subscription status**, as shown in TradingView
* Which **script** is missing
* A **screenshot** of what you see

## Scripts stopped working

If premium scripts stop loading, check whether your subscription is still active in your TradingView account settings.
