General TradingView information. This section describes standard TradingView behavior, not a QuantNomad-specific feature. TradingView updates its interface regularly, so menu names and positions may differ slightly from what you see. When in doubt, check the TradingView Help Center.
This page covers problems that apply to any QuantNomad indicator. For product-specific issues, see UT Bot Suite Troubleshooting.

Installation

Search by name in the Indicators dialog and check that the author is QuantNomad. See Installing Indicators.
Premium scripts are only available with an active subscription. Open the script page while signed in and add it to your favorites, or look in Indicators → Invite-only. See Premium Indicator Access.
TradingView limits the number of indicators per chart by plan. Remove one you don’t need.

Display

  • Check the eye icon next to the indicator name isn’t toggled off.
  • Check Settings → Visibility includes your current timeframe.
  • Check Settings → Style: plots may be disabled or set to a transparent color.
  • Zoom out: the indicator may be plotted on a separate scale.
The conditions for a signal may not have been met in the visible range. Scroll back, try another timeframe, or review the indicator’s settings. Very insensitive settings produce very few signals.
Check you’re using the same symbol (including exchange), timeframe, chart type, session settings, and indicator inputs. Any difference can change the signals.
Signals on the current bar change until the bar closes. See Confirmed vs Unconfirmed Signals.

Alerts

  • Open the Alerts panel and check the alert is active, not stopped or expired.
  • Check it was created on the right symbol and timeframe.
  • Check the trigger option: Only Once stops after the first trigger.
The alert likely fired on an unconfirmed signal, or the alert uses different settings from the chart. Use Once Per Bar Close and recreate alerts after changing settings.
Use Once Per Bar Close instead of Once Per Bar or Once Per Minute, or use a higher timeframe.
  • Webhooks require a TradingView plan that supports them. TradingView may also ask you to enable two-factor authentication.
  • Check the URL uses port 80 or 443 and is reachable from the internet.
  • Check your server responds within about three seconds.
  • Check the alert log in the Alerts panel for errors.
  • See Webhook Alerts & Automation.

Still stuck?

Contact support and include:
  • Indicator name and version
